Deposits

Winter Reservations: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total vacation cost is due at the time of booking.

Balance Due

Balance of total vacation cost is due as follows:

Winter Reservations: 30 days prior to arrival
Summer Reservations: 1 day prior to arrival

Forms of Payment : Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express

Cancellations:

Winter reservations:  A non-refundable deposit of 10% is due at the time of booking. The final balance is charged 30 days prior to arrival.  No refunds will be made for cancellations with less than 30 days notice.

Summer reservations: The final balance is charged 1 day prior to arrival.  No refunds will be made for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.

Travel Ban or Closure Policy

Poste Montane Lodge’s responsibility to our guests is to provide luxury accommodations and elevated hospitality services.   Poste Montane Lodge is not responsible for a guest’s inability or decision not to travel due to travel bans outside of Eagle County, quarantines, sickness, or the closure of ski resorts. It is the responsibility of the guest to monitor their ability to travel, and to manage their reservation accordingly. Poste Montane Lodge will adhere to our deposit and cancellation policies. The only instance in which a full refund will be warranted is in the case of a government ordered ban on short-term rentals at our destination, prohibiting Poste Montane Lodge from honoring a guest’s reservation.

This is a non-smoking property.

Rollaway Beds are available for $20, per night.

Pets are not allowed at Poste Montane Lodge or at Beaver Creek Mountain Lodging
