A deposit of 25% of the total vacation cost is due at the time of reservation.

Balance Due

Balance of total vacation cost is due as follows:

Holiday Reservations October 15th
Winter Reservations: 30 days prior to arrival
Summer Reservations: 10 days prior to arrival

Forms of Payment : Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express

Cancellations:

Holiday Reservations:  A non-refundable deposit of 25% is due at the time of booking. The final balance is charged on October 15th.  No refunds will be made for cancellations after October 15th.

Winter reservations:  A non-refundable deposit of 25% is due at the time of booking. The final balance is charged 30 days prior to arrival.  No refunds will be made for cancellations with less than 30 days notice.

Summer reservations:  A non-refundable deposit of 25% is due at the time of booking. The final balance is charged 10 days prior to arrival.  No refunds will be made for cancellations with less than 10 days notice.

Rollaway Beds are available for $20, per night.

Pets are not allowed at Poste Montane Lodge or at Beaver Creek Mountain Lodging

Check-in Instructions:

Check in on site at Poste Montane Lodge. 15 minute parking is located in front of the hotel. If checking in after hours, your arrival packet will be left for you in the vestibule at the Avondale entrance.

If you will be arriving after hours, please contact the front desk prior to arrival for instructions.
