Deposits

Winter Reservations: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total vacation cost is due at the time of booking.

Balance Due

Balance of total vacation cost is due as follows:

Winter Reservations: 30 days prior to arrival
Summer Reservations: 48 hours prior to arrival

Forms of Payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express

Cancellations:

Winter reservations: A non-refundable deposit of 10% is due at the time of booking. The final balance is charged 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be made for cancellations with less than a 30-day notice.

Summer reservations: The final balance is charged 2 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be made for cancellations with less than a 48-hour notice.

Travel Insurance:

Travel Ban or Closure Policy

Poste Montane Lodge’s responsibility to our guests is to provide luxury accommodations and elevated hospitality services. Poste Montane Lodge is not responsible for a guest’s inability or decision not to travel due to travel bans outside of Eagle County, quarantines, sickness, or the closure of ski resorts. It is the responsibility of the guest to monitor their ability to travel, and to manage their reservation accordingly. Poste Montane Lodge will adhere to our deposit and cancellation policies. The only instance in which a full refund will be warranted is in the case of a government ordered ban on short-term rentals at our destination, prohibiting Poste Montane Lodge from honoring a guest’s reservation.

This is a non-smoking property.

Heated, underground parking is available for $15 per night.

Rollaway Beds are available for $20, per night.

Pets are not allowed at Poste Montane Lodge or at Beaver Creek Mountain Lodging

Check-in Instructions:

Check in on site at Poste Montane Lodge. 15-minute parking is located in front of the hotel. If checking in after hours, your arrival packet will be left for you in the vestibule at the Avondale entrance.

If you will be arriving after hours, please contact the front desk prior to arrival for instructions.
